The BIRTHFIT Fitness classes are geared towards women who want to workout safely and functionally while pregnant or postpartum. In our classes we will cover better breathing and bracing techniques and how to safely lift odd objects such as sandbags, barbells and kettlebells. These objects will mimic every day movements moms perform such as picking up children, grocery bags and baby seats.
AT CROSSFIT SOAR, Thursday nights at 6:30pm and Saturday at 8am.
